Jacob is building his new house. He hired a construction company that was indicated by his brother. The company is quite big in their hometown Detroit but in Cincinnati they aren't that known. His brother worked before in another construction company and now his actual company is working with this company. They have in their inventory almost all tools, from washers to chainsaws. It seems to unlimited possibility of work but there's a limit in the quantity of each raw material to not compromise the finances.
